Your current Touchscreen Controller requires an upgrade and to make this as easy as possible we are sending you a new unit.

When will you receive your new Touchscreen Controller? Your new Touchscreen Controller has already shipped and is on the way and should arrive no later than February 23, 2018!

Why does your Touchscreen Controller need to be replaced? Your current Touchscreen Controller will stop working on February 27, 2018, if not upgraded. To make this upgrade experience easier for you, we are sending you a Touchscreen Controller that is already upgraded.

What should you do if you have not received your new Touchscreen Controller by February 27, 2018? Contact Digital Life Support via chat by clicking here.

What should you do with your current Touchscreen Controller after receiving your new unit? Included in the box of your new Touchscreen Controller is a shipping label to return your current unit. You could be charged if you do not return your current Touchscreen Controller.

Follow these easy steps to connect your Touchscreen Controller to your WiFi Network

Your Touchscreen Controller and Digital Life must be connected to the same network.

 

1. Turn off current touchscreen

2. Turn on new touchscreen

Turn on new touchscreen

3. Tap WiFi Network

Tap WiFi Network

4. Select the name of your WiFi network

Select the name of your WiFi network

5. Enter your WiFi password then tap Connect

6. Tap 'X' to close the WiFi setup menu

7. Enter the User ID and Password you use for the Digital Life App then tap Log in
