Within your app's menu you can find Solution Center.  It's designed to provide customized troubleshooting assistance, provide answers to common questions, as well as enhance your understanding of your Digital Life system. 

Think of it as your Digital Life assistant.

  • Visit Digital Life Cinema and watch videos about your devices, how to change device batteries, how to set up AutoPay, understanding your keypad, and more!
  • Confirm appointment date/time
  • Learn how to automate daily activities or routines

Connect your favorite devices!

Did you know you can add compatible Digital Life and third-party devices to your system yourself?  Do you have the Sengled Element light bulbs?  Lutron Caseta Wireless light dimmers?  Window sensors?  Indoor smart plugs?  You can conveniently manage them all through the Digital Life app.  There is no need to call us to add them --just tap into your app and self-connect.

AT&T Digital Life: Limited availability in select markets. New 2-yr. security agreement w/ equipment fees & monthly service charges required. AT&T-Certified Like-New Equipment provided: Used equipment is fully inspected and tested. Credit approval may be required. Automation Packages: Each requires a separate 2-year agreement with equipment fees & monthly service charges.
