1. How do I delete device log entries?

Here are the steps to follow after logging in from your smartphone:

  • Click Devices
  • Click Device log
  • Click Edit data
  • Decide whether you want to delete a few or delete all
    • To delete all, click Select All.  You will notice that all entries will have a check on the right next to the activity
    • To delete a select few, just click on the activity or activities you would like to delete.  You should see a check on the right next to your selection.
  • A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your selection
  • Click Delete

2. I filtered my device log activity.  Now I can't view activity in my device log that I used to.  How do I clear device log filters?

Here are the steps to follow after logging in from your smartphone:

  • Click Devices
  • Click Device log
  • Click Customize view
  • Click Clear all
  • Click Save
  • A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your changes
  • Click Yes, Save
