In the case of a natural disaster, you can find more information about your Digital Life system in the Solution Center.
Within the app, tap Solution Center under the Main Menu.

Damage to equipment
Options for replacing your security equipment vary depending on the device type and extent of the damage. To find out more, select "Need Help? Chat with us!" in the app. A Support Specialist will be there to help you.
Equipment Removal
AT&T does not offer device removal in preparation for a disaster, but if there is damage, we can assist you after the event occurs.
Evacuations
If you are being instructed to evacuate from your home, please do so. Your safety is important! If there is damage to your security system, we can assist you after the event occurs.
Moving/Temporary Housing
We understand that having to move following a disaster can be stressful. We've made it easy to move your Digital Life service.
Just tap "Need Help? Chat with us!" at the top of your screen in the app. A Support Specialist will be there to help you.
Out of Service
If your Digital Life service is not working following a disaster, we can schedule a repair and waive the service fee. Before scheduling an appointment, the following conditions must be met:
- Electricity is restored to the home. A generator powering the home does not meet this criteria because Digital Life can't guarantee the security system will work.
- There can't be standing water within the home.
- The home is cleared of structural damage that could be dangerous.
- Let us know of any equipment that is visibly damaged before troubleshooting.
When you're ready, please tap "Need Help? Chat with us!" at the top of your screen in the app. A Support Specialist will be there to help you.
Repair
Digital Life does offer repair appointments to customers living in areas designated as a disaster area. Just tap "Need Help? Chat with us!" at the top of your screen in the app. A Support Specialist will be there to help you.
I received an alert
Digital Life will take proactive steps to notify you if we've identified that you may be in an area impacted by a natural disaster. If you are opted-in to receive Push Notifications, we will send you alerts in preparation of a disaster forecasted by the National Weather Service. If you need additional assistance, just select "Need Help? Chat with us!" at the top of your screen in the app. A Support Specialist will be there to help you.
