The Digital Life app is conveniently located within your Genie step top box*. Using your DIRECTV remote control, the app can be launched two ways:
- DTV Menu > Extras> click the Digital Life icon
- For quick access, press the right arrow on the remote to view Apps Dock and click the Digital Life icon
Once you accept the Digital Life app terms and conditions, the following options will be available to you on your television screen:
- View current status of your Digital Life system
- Arm/disarm your system
- View the 25 most recent activities in your event log
- View camera still images (updated every 3-4 seconds)**
*Req's internet-connected Genie HD DVR (model HR34 or later) and opt-in to the Digital Life App.
